Yes. Patients under 18 will need parental consent to qualify for medical CBD, and you will also need to provide proof of ID, residency, and medical records.

Tennessee has limited legal allowances for non-psychoactive CBD oil to treat conditions like severe epilepsy. SB 118 expanded the list of qualifying conditions that would make patients eligible for the low-THC oil program.
You cannot possess cannabis in Tennessee. Possession of even small amounts is a criminal misdemeanor, but there are limited legal allowances for non-psychoactive CBD oil to treat recognized qualifying conditions.
Cannabis cultivation is illegal in Tennessee. Growing marijuana plants for any reason comes with felony charges in the state of Tennessee and is punishable by up to 60 years in prison or fines ranging from $5,000-$500,000.
Caregivers
At this time, there is no process to become a caregiver in Tennessee. In the future, those elected to care for a patient who requires CBD may be able to purchase low-THC CBD oil from out-of-state for their patient.

Since there is no state-sponsored medical cannabis program in Tennessee, out-of-state medical cannabis cards are not recognized.
