Leafwell is the real deal. I am a PTSD (family-based) patient, with generalized abandonment anxiety. So when my original Dr. both screwed up data entry into CURT & then went MIA, not only did I have to ration medicine below my prescribed minimum, but the PSTD was triggering to childhood trauma. The appointment with the physician was comfortable. I had a question after going through the application process for my state. Started talking with a rep on the phone – they called me which was cool. They were nice until I had a specific question that I don’t think they fully understood. Once they did understand I could tell it clicked. They got snarky and offended and the whole tone changed. I wasn’t upset with them, just trying to make sure I understood. Would appreciate more professionalism.

I spoke with Dr. Abdullah and he was very pleasant to speak with and he had a very soothing voice. That made me feel less anxious about the process as this is my 1st time applying.
