It was much easier than I had imagined. I just started a request. Uploaded what they asked. Within a few minutes I was on-line with a Dr. who asked my condition and listened and was very understanding of my pain. Soon after I was given my approval by the Dr. and the appropriate forms were e-mailed to me and by the end of the night I had my temp. card on my printer.
I cannot recommend this group enough. As a new patient I was made to feel comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend to anyone who is in need of certification as a patient or care giver.
Customer service is amazing. I reached out by phone to Lauren for some assistance and she picked the ball up and never let go until I was done needing her help. If she wasn’t 100% sure about something she would find out and she kept contact with me via email.. Lauren did go above and beyond to help me and get things back to me in a timely matter so thank you for all your excellent customer service.

Dr. Jassey was absolutely phenomenal….. it quite literally was only about a 12 minute process. He was very attentive and knowledgeable and knew my ailments almost better than I did. He also is a supporter of the armed forces. 10/10 stars.
