Both medical and recreational cannabis is illegal in Wyoming. Only medical CBD is available, and only for those with seizure disorders.
Possession of cannabis is illegal in Wyoming. Possession of under three ounces (85 g) of cannabis is a misdemeanor that can be punished with up to a year in jail and a $1000 fine; possession of over three ounces is a felony. Only those with seizure disorders may possess and use low-THC, CBD oil.
There is no caregiver program for medical marijuana patients in Wyoming, as there is no state medical cannabis program in the first instance.
Usually, to be a caregiver, you must be responsible for the care of the patient.

Reciprocity
Wyoming does not recognize other states’ medical marijuana ID cards, as the state has no MMJ program.
There is no medical cannabis ID card in Wyoming, so there is no identification card other states can use to validate a Wyoming patient.
