Chris Wood, PharmD, is a pharmacist with over 7 years of experience providing clinical outreach to patients with the goal of educating, assisting, and improving outcomes. He specializes in medication therapy management (MTM), with a focus on medication adherence and disease state management.
Prior to this work, Chris worked in retail pharmacy for over 6 years. He takes pride in combining his strong interpersonal skills, patience, and empathy to deliver a high-touch patient experience.
Chris merges his clinical experience with a belief in the holistic health model. He’s dedicated to improving quality of life with evidence-based medicine and reducing pill burden while empowering patients.
