What is the Ambassador Program?
Earn rewards for happy customers!
Invite dispensary customers to Leafwell using your unique code and earn rewards. After your customers meet with a Leafwell medical professional and get approved for a card, credit can be redeemed for gift cards through Goody, our gifting partner, or prizes of equivalent value.
- Bronze tier: Earn credits worth $100 after 10 invited patients get approved for their medical card.
- Silver tier: Earn credits worth $250($350 total) after an additional 30 invited patients (40 total) get approved for their medical card.
- Gold tier: Earn credits worth $450 ($800 total) after an additional 70 invited patients (110 total) get approved for their medical card.
- Diamond tier: For every additional 100 invited patients, earn another $500 in rewards after they get approved for their medical card.

What is the Leafwell Ambassador Program?
The Leafwell Ambassador Program is a rewards initiative designed to empower dispensary staff to help customers access medical cannabis care. Ambassadors earn rewards, gain access to educational resources, and contribute to increasing medical cannabis adoption and retention.

Who can participate in the program?
The program is open to front and back-of-house staff at any licensed dispensary. Your dispensary doesn’t even have to be a Leafwell partner (yet!). All team members are encouraged to join and benefit from the rewards and educational opportunities.
Is there a cost to participate in the program?
No, the program is completely free for both dispensaries and staff members.

My dispensary previously offered free certifications. How does the $15 certification work in this program?
The Leafwell Ambassador Program will replace the previous certification offering, and with even greater benefits!
Now, all dispensary staff—front-of-house, back-of-house, and additional team members—can participate and earn a $15 certification after completing the free 10-minute onboarding course. Plus, everyone has the opportunity to become a Leafwell Ambassador.
This expanded offering not only rewards your entire team but also provides your dispensary with a powerful tool to drive more leads and increase patient retention.
How does the referral process work?
Once you have signed up to the program, Ambassadors will receive a unique referral code to share with their customers. You will also have your own landing page and WR code.
When a customer uses the Ambassador’s code to apply for a medical cannabis card, the Ambassador’s account will reflect this invitation.
How can dispensaries track Ambassador performance?
Partner dispensaries will have visibility via their existing partner dashboard into the performance of any Leafwell Affiliate Program members who work for dispensaries within their network.
What is Leafwell’s educational library?
The educational library is a free resource for Ambassadors, offering comprehensive cannabis education for both medical and recreational consumers. It reflects Leafwell’s commitment to empowering staff with the knowledge they need to better serve customers.
