    The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing paid user acquisition across Facebook, Instagram, Google UAC, Apple Search, and influencer channels, and ongoing testing of various targeted direct sources. S/he will also have expertise in landing page optimization and will be skilled in driving conversion rates up as a means to drive acquisition costs down. S/he will be adept at tracking LTV by the source of user and adjusting acquisition efforts, accordingly, scaling the function in the most profitable way. S/he also has experience optimizing viral campaigns and leveraging network effects, as well as managing App Store presence to drive conversion rate and organic growth. Part marketer, part analyst, part engineer, this Growth leader will be driven by implementing the right programs, tracking, and analytics to bring the company to new heights and embody the title of “Growth Leader”.

    Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Oversee and direct our digital media agency partner and scale profitable user acquisition strategies and campaigns across a broad portfolio of paid new user acquisition sources and platforms.
    • Oversee our strategy and optimization of ASO for both the iOS App and Google Play stores
    • Develop and lead segmentation to identify and refine new and existing user groups working with our consumer research team
    • Support media buying on social channels to optimize viral acquisition and scale with creative campaigns
    • Coordinate targeted marketing campaigns to support influencer and entertainment programming/events.
    • Manage and optimize our 3rd party tools to maximize value including AppsFlyer, AppAnnie, and Braze.
    • Coordinate and manage our media agency partner to drive geolocational-based campaigns for our brand and retail partners.
    • Work with Data Science/ Analytics and agency partners to ensure analytical tracking on an LTV by channel, by cohort basis required to profitably scale and rebalance the portfolio
    • Work with Data Science/Analytics and Product teams to ensure that we are defining the optimal user events to maximize high-value users.
    • Drive the quarterly test plan based on quantitative and qualitative insights and data
    • Drive and own the quarterly forecast and budget for new user acquisition and activation
    • Coordinate between the agency partner and our internal creative teams to ensure assets are delivered and constantly optimized
    • Work with engineering to ensure technical needs are understood, well managed and QA’d, and anticipated. Provide key inputs to the Product Roadmap
    • Coordinate with Lifecycle marketing professionals with responsibilities of email marketing, lifecycle marketing leveraging behavioral events (using Braze), and promotional campaigns to drive revenue
    • Communicate progress to the C-Suite and Board of Directors with effective written and verbal communication and high-impact, BOD-appropriate PowerPoint

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 3 years in Growth positions (paid mobile user acquisition is a must-have, eCommerce and/or advertising-modeled company background is a big plus.)
    • Outstanding track record of profitable user acquisition strategies and campaigns for mobile consumer apps
    • Outstanding track record of identifying, implementing, and scaling ad tech that drives +ROI

    • Developing and implementing financial control policies
    • Direct hands-on oversight of bookkeeping processes and bookkeeping resources in multiple operating jurisdictions
    • Identifying and engaging vendors required for managing regulatory/tax compliance of foreign subsidiaries

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Help to develop and manage plans that establish scope, timelines, and resource requirements for data products and initiatives 
    • Performs analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper requirements specifications with the various stakeholders
    • Gather and present metrics regarding increment / project status
    • Identify risks and issues and proactively resolve/mitigate them
    • Proactively develop and implement efficiency improvements
    • Track increment / project costs to ensure it stays within budget

    Experience and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business or IT Discipline
    • 3 years of experience in product or project management domain, with at least 2 years of experience of managing software development teams
    • Experience managing the creation and upkeep of data-based products and dashboards for internal and/or external users 
    • Agile product management experience Required
    • Must understand data collection, correlation and analysis
    • Proficient in data visualization tools
    • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new processes, programs, and multi-task regularly
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with and appeal to a wide variety of personalities and professional tendencies

    Senior Data Analyst

    The Senior Data Analyst will be in charge of gathering data, creating & automating reports, analyzing trends, and producing actionable insights for Leafwell’s internal stakeholders. Responsibilities also include supporting critical testing and rollout of new data features. The objective of the Senior Data Analyst role is to build and maintain systems that inform Leafwell’s business stakeholders about Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and suggest data-driven strategies to optimize those metrics.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    The Senior Data Analyst will perform the following responsibilities:

    • Acquire, assemble, and analyze data
    • Present findings, trends, and suggested optimizations
    • Identify new opportunities and threats to the company's business model
    • Update and revise reports, queries, and analytic procedures as necessary
    • Design and implement tracking so that optimization efforts can be measured
    • Identify inefficiencies in data processes and automate where appropriate
    • Write and update international SOPs and internal documentation
    • Support IT systems management with testing, validation, and user support
    • Proactively identify initiatives for data-related improvements

    Experience and Qualifications

    Required

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Information Systems, or another quantitative field
    • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in Data Analytics
    • Advance working knowledge and experience in SQL and relational databases
    • Strong data management abilities, including data analysis, standardization, cleansing, querying, and consolidation of data
    • Data visualization experience (e.g Tableau, Looker, etc.)
    • Exercises self-reliance, initiative, and leadership while keeping stakeholders properly informed and involved
    • Reliably manage numerous duties during a workday, necessitating interactions with people located across the world
    • Technically competent, with the ability to quickly learn new processes and programs, and utilize various software applications

    As a subject-matter Content Writer, you’ll be responsible for working with the content, marketing, and SEO teams to develop and curate compelling and engaging content that educates people about the power of cannabis.

    In this role, your duties will include writing content of varying types, including blog content, marketing content, video scripts, infographic copy, and more. In addition, you’ll work closely with the editorial team to revise and perfect content based on the goals and purpose of the work.

    The Content Editor will perform the following responsibilities:

    • Write articles as assigned to meet specifications

    • Edit content structure for readability, intent, and content goals
    • Ensure that content meets Leafwell’s content and SEO standards as defined in the style guide
    • Update existing content as assigned
    • Verify content and information
    • Work with the editorial team to revise content as necessary
    • Manage a busy workload according to deadlines
    • Experience and Qualifications

    Required

    • High School Diploma; Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (journalism, English, communications, digital marketing) preferred
    • Minimum of two years of portfolio work experience as a writer
    • Experience writing for editorial publications (either magazines or content brands, or on staff for a company with a content department)
    • Demonstrable experience writing for on-page SEO standards
    • Experience writing about health topics
    • Basic knowledge of SEO and industry best practices
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused
    • Passion for changing the world for the better by making cannabis more accessible to those who could benefit from it
    • Strong ethics and reliability
